UsefulWorks will retain personal information only for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations. Different types of data may be retained for varying periods based on their specific use with regular reviews to ensure data is not kept longer than required; upon completion of the purpose, personal information will be securely deleted or anonymized. For example, data collected to provide a service should be deleted once the service is completed. UsefulWorks will not keep any information on a “just in case” basis.
